The Asian Academy is JCI Singapore’s flagship leadership programme, held annually since 2011. It brings together young leaders from over 13 countries across the Asia-Pacific region to develop values-driven leadership. Through intensive training and cross-cultural teamwork, participants are challenged to grow as effective, purpose-driven leaders. Graduates return home empowered to lead positive change in their communities.
